State police questioned Harry Fennell of Culmerville in the death of Arthur Carlson a 44 year old Kane businessman found shot during a hunting trip. A rifle case linked to Fennell was found near the body at Jenks Township Forest County. Coroner ruled death accidental and police said preliminary investigation supports this view.
