Bulgarian man indicted in GozNym malware case
A Bulgarian national Krasimir Nikolov 44 of Varna is named as the sole defendant in a six count indictment returned Oct 4 and released Monday by the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is accused of using the GozNym malware to steal banking credentials and other confidential information from infected computers including a New Castle business.

Inmate Faces Charges After West Side Scuffle
West Side man JuJuan Andre Mook Jackson, 33, of 818 Etna St., is charged with two counts aggravated assault, two counts simple assault, and terroristic threats after a jail scuffle with three corrections officers at the Lawrence County jail. Jackson allegedly kicked and bit officers, resisted handcuffing, and threatened an officer. Bond set at 25,000 plus prior bonds. arraigned by District Judge Melissa A Amodie. He was previously arrested in Detroit last month.
