Tom Frazier a 50 year old New Castle resident confined by back injury arthritis and heart ailment hunted State Game Lands 39 in Venango County with his 11 year old son. Despite severe illness he used a cane to reach a blind and at noon drilled a 75 yard running six pointer. He had not hunted much since 1982 due to cold and illness but says being in the woods with his son gave him the biggest thrill.
