Italy under Mussolini advances a four day session plan to punish acts against the anti sanctions program. The cabinet orders penalties for violations of import export rules and embargoes on securities and currencies to shield Italian trade.
Lieutenant Ralph Criswell downed a four point buck near Marionville and Wayne Sines shot a red fox there yesterday. William Nunn and companions returned from Musette with a buck, while Karl Douglass claimed to bag a buck in Potter County. A motorist left a dog in a car downtown for hours, causing prolonged howling.

Washington December 3 The House war department supply bill faced a major expansion as Chairman Tilman Parks of Arkansas called for hearings December 16. He proposed a liberal increase beyond the 1935 war department appropriation of 424,700,000 to fund a larger peacetime program including Army Air Corps growth fortifications on the Pacific coast and southwest border additional Panama Canal and Hawaii fortifications and boosted munitions.

Herbert S. Christman Jr., 20, of 1303 Albert Street, died last night at 11 45 after returning to Penn State College after Thanksgiving vacation. He was a junior and Sigma Nu member, traveling with Wilmer B Kariher Robert Golder and Charles Campbell from New Castle. The death followed a sudden heart attack. his parents were notified from State College.

Police linked the killing to a continuing mob feud following theEarlier executions of Marty Farrell and Francis Wiley for the William (Big Bull) kidnap murder.

In Columbus on December 3, Viola Brown Lin 24 a former clerk sues for divorce from James Lin foster son of the Chinese president. She charges gross neglect seeks restoration of her maiden name and asks no alimony. A private settlement was reported before Lin returned to his wife in China. They eloped to Ashland Kentucky on July 14.
