American Millionaire Backing International League Report
Moscow reports accuse an American millionaire of funding the International League against Communism also called The Black Internationale. The league, led by Theodore Grier, allegedly operates bureaus across Europe and aims to establish anti Communist centers in the United States and other nations while spreading propaganda in Africa and Asia. The alleged activities are said to hinder revolutionary movements and influence Hungary, with broader aims that could affect Mussolini’s government and Aventine deputies in Italy.
