Pittsburgh August 24 a quick fingered gunman killed Isaac Wolken 52 owner of a Herron avenue restaurant then fled in a gun battle with two radio car officers. He was shot in the abdomen and died an hour later at Passavant hospital. Wolken was alone when the bandit entered. Officers Forma and Jennings heard the shot and pursued as the suspect fled uphill firing. The man escaped and a suspect was later picked up who denied knowledge of the crime.
