Job Camelot at district seeks proposals for raise
The district solicited proposals for a part time position after DeCesare asked to raise her pay from 500 to 750 dollars monthly. Three proposals arrived including DeCesare. Board members discussed seeking proposals May caucus and planned action for August. DeCesare said she sometimes worked seven to eight hours daily, sometimes seven, with Sunday through Friday coverage. DeRosa said she would pay the summer salary in full while proposals are considered and a board decision is due at the August 23 meeting.
