Five year old Tiny Valla Lebedev wore an authentic costume and wowed observers with toe dancing while adults aid a refugee family through performances in Paris cafes. The group, mostly under ten, wore peasant outfits as the wolf terrified some children before singing. After the performance Russian tea and pastries were served, and Lebedev’s troupe plans to found a club offering free lessons for Russian children in Paris life remains hard for refugees yet faces hopeful efforts.
