Bell's Pennsyl vania leads in consumer complaint study
State regulators say Bell of Pennsylvania posted the worst handling of consumer complaints among six major telephone companies in 1992. The Bureau of Consumer Services reported 4 171 complaints and recovered 101 580 for customers through billing adjustments while Commonwealth fared best. Bell's issues included cutting service for nonpayment and a high justifi ed complaint rate.

Murder suicide ruled in Moraine State Park deaths
Butler County coroner says two men found at Moraine State Park died from a murder suicide. Duane Rudge 76 and Frank Pace 77 both died from gunshot wounds to the head after Rudge shot Pace then killed himself. Coroner William F. Young cited no known motive.

U S may back allies over Bosnia in hours or days
The Clinton administration warned NATO allies that if Europe fails to tighten action in Bosnia the United States may act alone.
