A Westmoreland County church plans to sell beer at the Rolling Rock Town Fair near Latrobe to raise money for a new roof and needed upgrades. The 115 year old Community Church of Hecla, with 100 worshipers, hopes beer sales from more than 100 servers will cover costs while avoiding community backlash.
