Wright Out For Season With Severe Injury For Steelers

Steelers rookie Destry Wright likely misses season after breaking his right leg and dislocating his ankle in a preseason loss to Dallas. Wright, vying for a third rushing job behind Bettis and Huntley, faces injured reserve. Coach Cowher called it unfortunate while Wright aimed to beat Amos Zereoue for a roster spot. Wright is an undrafted JSU record holder who rushed for 4,020 yards in three college seasons. The Steelers, fresh off a 38-10 win, resume practice ahead of a Saturday exhibition vs. the Dolphins at Three Rivers Stadium.
