House to resume liquor proposal talks in Harrisburg
The Pennsylvania House, after nearly five hours of debate, failed to vote on Gov. Casey's liquor control plan and will resume today. Lawmakers passed 28 amendments, including creating an Alcoholic Beverages Commission to replace the Liquor Control Board, moving enforcement to state police, and allowing wine coolers where beer is sold.
