All Ready for Boyle's Trial
Mercer, Pa April 29 Everything is in readiness for the trial of James Boyle charged with kidnapping Billy Whitla. The defense will call at least five witnesses from Youngstown and Cleveland. Boyle is despondent after a violent electrical storm. Detective Perkins says Mrs Helen Boyle was married to Frank York of Chicago and that York may be brought to testify next Tuesday.
