Bank backs up Kolter claim check was OK
U S Representative Joseph P Kolter said a payment to Ellwood City businessman was not stopped for insufficient funds and Integra Bank backed his claim. The Beaver Falls branch released a letter stating Kolter campaign account opened April 1983 has never had nonsufficient funds activity. Breckenridge filed complaints against Kolter. a stop payment was placed but funds were present when stopped. Breckenridge later cashed the check after delays. a bad check complaint followed. The hearing is set for May 12.
