Union Township mail carrier saves seizure victim
James Carmen, a 43 year old letter carrier on a Union Township route, assisted a woman having a seizure near BG Auto & Pro Hardware. He assisted breathing and kept her on her side until the ambulance arrived, aided by an off duty nurse. the woman later refused further treatment. A local resident praised Carmen for acting beyond duty.

County offers West Park to Union Township for disposal
