Troutman's Department Store plans a relocation of the New Castle outlet into the former Strauss Kaufmann Building on North Mill Street. The Butler location will close, with a move expected by August 1 occupying the basement and two floors. May Department Stores closed the Strauss store May 30. Allied Human Services owns the building.
