Youth Fatally Hurt In Crash Of Motorcycle
Robert J. Brincko seventeen of 113 West Chartes street died after the motorcycle he rode struck a telephone pole in Ellwood City. James Reid of New Castle was injured and taken to Ellwood City hospital with a broken leg. The three bikes reportedly sped through Ellwood City till Brincko failed to make a bend near the Cole residence and crashed. Reid, just back from Marine furlough, was listed in fair condition. Other riders were George H. Fry and Meredith Johnson of New Castle. Brincko, born August 24, 1934 in New Castle, was a student at New Castle High and member of St. Michael's Church. Funeral arrangements were announced for Tuesday morning.

Man Injured In Auto Crash Near New Castle
Harry Groden aged 19 of 1003 Sutton Street is a patient in New Castle hospital after his car struck the rear of Jerome Sunderland’s auto while both were traveling from Youngstown toward New Castle.
