Barge family seeks answers in fatal DUI case
James Jim Barge a longtime New Castle News printer and family man died in a May 4 2023 head on crash in Butler County caused by a suspected drunk driver. The 26 year old Kassandra Clyde faces homicide by vehicle while DUI aggravated assault by vehicle and DUI with a 016% BAC with the case proceeding toward justice on the two year mark of his death.
