Malone New York April 17 Nine people die and three are missing after a fire destroyed the Hotel DeWilson in the business district. Explosions started the blaze around 2 am as 40 to 50 guests were in residence. The most severe injuries include Mrs Phoebe Provost and William Wilson with multiple burns and broken legs. The fire and collapsing walls halted rescue efforts and caused extensive damage of about 30000 dollars.
