Explosion at Farmington coal mine kills three miners
Fa irmont West Virginia April 15 A gas explosion early today at No 2 shaft of the St Georges Creek Coal and Iron company mine at Farmington near here killed three miners. The dead are Zeno Cooke and two unidentified foreigners. The mine caught fire after the blast and by 10 30 this morning was emitting heavy smoke though all other miners were accounted for.

Slight Blaze At Berger Homestead Causes Small Loss
