City police arrested four persons early today and charged them with larceny in the theft of two purses from a locker room at New Castle High School yesterday. The four suspects Roger b Holmes 20 Patricia Johnson 19 Renny Thomas 1& Amy Johnson 22 were arraigned in morning before District Justice Merley Hildebrand and committed to the county jail in default of 1000 cash bonds each.
