Accused killer pleads guilty in Lawrence County case
Jordan Perretti 40 pleaded guilty to third degree murder and robbery in the Feb 2021 shooting death of Jason Miles and a CVS pharmacy robbery. Judge John W. Hodge sentenced him to 18 to 40 years in a state correctional institution after the plea. Lawrence County DA Joshua Lamancusa said pre trial offers were too lenient.
