New Castle City Council awarded contracts for Cascade Park roof replacement and Sylvan Heights Golf Course cart shed improvements. Heck Construction and Roofing won $51,668 for Cascade Park roof. Advanced Truss won $30,957 for golf cart shed. In-house work approved for stormwater garage project.
