Group forms to revitalize Mahoningtown redevelopment effort
A coordinating committee of Mahoningtown residents was formed to study area needs and report to city officials. Rev. Vincent Bertoline will be general chairman with chairs for recreation streets housing and more. City officials and about 30 residents met at Mahoning School to discuss rehabilitation plans and the revamped redevelopment approach.
