Man injured as auto hits tree and house in Mahoning Township
A 21 year old New Castle man suffered minor injuries when the car skidded off McFate Road and, after hitting a tree, crashed into a house. George Farone Jr. was treated at Jameson Memorial Hospital for multiple facial cuts and released. The driver Jarvis Verity, 21, of Greenport New York, was uninjured due to wearing a seat belt. The home damaged belonged to Joseph Satzman. Another accident involved Walter Reno, 31, treated for a possible neck sprain after his auto collided with a parked car on South Liberty Street.
