Western Pennsylvania to get animal health diagnostic lab
Gov. Josh Shapiro's 2024 25 budget includes a 5 million appropriation to build a western Pennsylvania animal health and diagnostic laboratory. Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding and Sen. Elder Vogel spoke to farmers at Edward Clark farm Old English Acres in Little Beaver Township about the project. Two inmates overdose in jail with one dead
Lawrence County officials report an overnight incident at the Lawrence County jail involving two suspected overdoses. one inmate has died.
