Man Arrested After Disorderly Conduct Incident
Richard L. Gallagher, 32, of 2817 Mercer Road, released on a 25 dollar forfeit to appear at the police station this morning after being arrested yesterday for disorderly conduct. Police were called to a Neshannock Boulevard home around 8 40 a m yesterday where a man tried to enter the house and was found sitting on the owner’s car in the garage, apparently intoxicated. Gallagher was charged with disorderly conduct after the owner said no charges would be filed.

Soles Bound for Larceny Trial After Ford Lot Incident
