Loss of ring traced to Shenango Township veteran

Calley given life in prison at Fort Benning

North Vietnamese forces overran a South Vietnamese outpost near the Laos Cambodia border killing seven Americans and ARVN soldiers. In Saigon a separate assault in the Central Highlands left seven Americans dead as U S casualties rose. Clark Agrees to Reapportionment Plans for 1973 Seats

Rep. Frank M. Clark says he will accept either of two Pennsylvania House drawn reapportionment plans. Each plan shifts about 27 000 people into Clark's district from Allegheny County, keeping district populations near 472 756.
