Amelia A. Hendrich daughter of the late Charles G. Hendrich died at 2 22 PM at 418 East Market Street after a few hours with acute Bright's disease. She was twenty nine, survived by her mother sister Mrs George E Steinhauer and five Hendrich brothers. A German Evangelical church member she left a wide circle of friends. The divorce suit of Charles Stevens against Maude Stevens was continued to the next term.

Frank Hester of Indianapolis died March 18 at his home at 4 15 p m after a long illness from stomach cancer. Aged 43, he leaves a wife and three children and is survived by brothers George H Hester and Prof William L Hester and sisters Mrs C E Ramsdell Mrs C B Goodale and Mrs John Allen. He previously worked in the state superintendent of public instruction office and later with the banking firm J F Wilde & Company.
