Acid Poison Proves Fatal in Despondent Father
Jacob Schell swallowed carbolic acid at 1101 Crystal Avenue Saturday afternoon and died three hours later. Coroner Briscoe held an inquest and ruled death by acid poisoning. Fifty five year old Schell left five children, including Mrs Mary Floyd and Mrs Frank Magness, with funeral rites held at his home.
