New York December 12 John G Jenkins and his three sons John Jr Frank and Pred all bank officers in Brooklyn were indicted for criminal conspiracy over illegally obtained loans totaling 947000 from trust companies where they served. They were arrested arraigned and pleaded not guilty and held under bonds for a grand jury.
