Hunter Shoots Himself Near Donville Publican
Thomas Ammer aged forty eight, once a Campbell township steel worker and publican politician, died after Brammer told his wife he would shoot squirrels. A shot was fired and Brammer was found dead in Donville Indiana on August 26.

Turfman Dies Suddenly in Boonville Ind
Ed Humm, 42, a well known turfman, collapsed and died in Boonville. A separate legal filing shows the Jefferson Coin Construction Co. suing the city of New Albany and Albert Taylor as clerk. County Clerk Johnson issued a writ of replevin for the recovery of certain improvement bonds. Sheriff Long seized the bonds and handed them to the contractor through attorney C D Elso. The matter likely will proceed to the courts.

Open Grave Mystery Stuns NY Neighboring Townsfolk
A six by two by five foot open grave was found near the gate of Jesse O. Flock two and a half miles from Ramsey on the Southern railway. No inscription, no bodies, no note explains the purpose, neighbors report noiseless night activity, and the grave remains unfilled as investigations continue. Mr. Flock is nephew of Judge David J. Murr of 524 East Third Street.

Bloodhounds Trail Ensuing Case In Kayser Threats
