San Francisco officials report over 200 million dollars will be available within a year for city rehabilitation after the disaster. National Bank Examiner Cunningham closes Delmont National Bank in Delmont Westmoreland County. Dauphin County Court hears a petition by the attorney general for a receiver of the Monongahela Valley Bank of Duquesne. James McQuade, formerly of an amusement enterprise, led Delmont as president and Monongahela as vice president and is currently absent.

George B Haywood and John F McHugh of this city who defend the McCoys will again attack the sufficiency of the Indictments against father and son.
