Milton S Brane, a farmer near Lincolnville Indiana, battles a dog tax dispute. A justice fined him for not reporting the pup for taxation, with appeals, bond obligations, and growing costs now totaling about 300 dollars. Bench warrant issued as legal actions continue.
William Catt has not been arrested on the charge of attempting to assassinate his wife, according to the sheriff who is not yet ready to serve papers. Catt refuses to talk beyond denial.
