Marion Indiana March 13 E T Miller a Warren merchant is defendant in a 10000 damage suit filed by L H Jackson administrator of B S Thomas estate. Thomas Souers killed Thomas with a revolver bought from Miller while Souers was intoxicated. Also named are John Crabbin and John Brown of Warren for allegedly supplying intoxicants to Souers during his intoxicated period.
In Terre Haute Indiana on March 13 the Frank Hall trial proceeds in the circuit court over the death of Clyde Brown.
