Glover and others seeks an accounting of all transactions tied to Mrs Mary Baker Glover Eddy, asserting incompetence and alleging trustees wrongfully controlled her property. Danville March 2 The Kelley Coal company a major state producer has been sold to KR R Hammond J K Dering and Hugh Shirkle. Consideration about 4 million dollars. Purchasers are members of the Dering Coal company. Property owned equally by John R Walsh Chicago and the Illinois traction system interests. The mine originally belonged to Michael Kelley who sold it to Walsh and the traction system two years ago.

In Waco Texas Frank M Mabrey a former prominent banker of McGregor Tex pleaded guilty in federal court to embossment and misappropriation of funds from a national bank and was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary the minimum penalty in the case
Wallace Idaho March 2 The Adame murder trial probable to go to the jury as the case against Bieve Adame proceeds with witness testimony and defense cross examinations in the murder matter.
Col Jack Chinn president of the Kentucky racing commission says Louisville racing dates should not be cut. He notes contracts and stakes are set and that thirty days of racing in spring and fall should suffice despite Retail Merchants association push. In Louisville this week he defended racing and indicated changes would be hard to implement.
