Rev Bailey Cleared of Assault by Justice Fogle
The Rev Robert Bailey was acquitted today by Justice Fogle after being charged with assault by Charles Skillman. In separate matters Helen Brown and Carrie Wheeler were fined 98.90 each for provoking conduct by Justice Fogle yesterday. The funeral for George O Waterhouse Jr was held from his home at 1028 Vincennes Street with service by Rev George Ht Murphy of Trinity M Burch. The remains were interred at Fairview cemetery. No complaints have been filed yet in the slot machine cases though Police Commissioner George Mews banks said complaints would be drawn up this afternoon and evidence would show machines used as late as last Saturday night.
