Washington July 21 The Sun day Herald says President Harrison may reshuffle by appointing Blaine to a foreign portfolio by October. The President plans a mid August conference with Blaine on foreign affairs and has no definite information on Blaine's intent.

He was born in the city twenty two years ago and studied at a Louisville medical college. He served briefly as assistant surgeon of the State Prison South. He and his family sought relief in El Paso, Texas, but returned home to pass away. He joined the First Presbyterian church weeks ago and faced death with calm faith. Funeral time not announced.
A boy named John on East Spring Street, practicing lasso throwing, ensnares a hog with a rope around his body. The hog bolts, dragging the boy along the street until bystanders stop the animal and cut the rope. The lad sustains injuries from the incident.
