Wheeler of Historic Anderson, Inc. lent the artifact bought at an Institute of Texan Cultures auction after Hemisfair. The well worn leather wallet, 5 by 9 inches, will be filled with Bicentennial covers and carried on the Fanthorp route.

The Navasota Child Development Center will open August 1 in the old junior high campus science-homemaking building.
