Enrollments Open for Red Cross Swimming Classes

B R Creel took over as manager of the J C Penney store here on Friday. He replaces W H Hamrick who was named manager of a new Penney store in San Antonio. Creel, 36, is a Pensacola Fla native and Texas A M graduate, married to LaNell Davis, with four children. He will move his family here by July 1 and they are now in Port Arthur.
