Joe K. Fultz will join Turner Pierce and Cleere in the local firm on January 1. He and his wife Dian Pierce Fultz will relocate from St. Louis Missouri with their two sons Joe King Fultz II and Jeffrey Pierce Fultz. Fultz previously worked for General Motors since July 1966 and rose from college in training to office supervisor and labor relations representative.
