Smallpox Outbreak Taints Wedding in Roseville New Jersey

Five persons contracted smallpox linked to a Roseville wedding as brides relatives and in-laws fell ill after the ceremony. The bride Elfrida Lawson, her sister-in-law Elizabeth Walsh, her cousin Clara Ritchin, and two Kehoe relatives were hospitalized in Newark. Southern Pacific Consolidates Three Railroads Into One

San Francisco March 8. The Southern Pacific company filed articles of incorporation to merge California Arizona and New Mexico holdings into a single railroad company with 159445000 capital stock. Old stock will be cancelled and new stock issued. the three former companies will be dissolved.

Unknown Woman Recovered in Drunken Delirium in Plainville
