Four Thousand Cubans Marching Toward Santiago

Reports from Jamaica and Kingston describe General Garcia leading about 4,000 Cuban troops marching toward Santiago with 40 miles to go. The Cuban commander and his staff met Rear Admiral Sampson aboard the flagship New York to coordinate operations for the siege and co operation with American forces.
