A ten year old boy William Benediete was saved from drowning at the Mews Derm by combined efforts of two nearby scholars and bystander fire departments. Rescuers Henderson and Sele pulled him from the water near Vaughn Hyndersen and Walter Selle. Artificial respiration and oxygen treatment followed before transport to St Mary’s Hospital Waterbury, where he recovered and was sent home. Local officials praised the rescuers for preventing a tragedy.

Truck Crash On Mountain Leaves Driver Unhurt

Graduation exercises at Nay satuck High School will be held this evening at 6 30 oclock on the Turtle Lawn.
