A former Naugatuck youth, now a professional at Nashua Country Club, led the field with a 149 total after 36 holes at Sandy Burr Country Club in Massachusetts. Hartford July 28 The public utilities commission grants Joseph Waskelewitz of Hartford the right to operate busses from State and Front streets Hartford to Charter Oak and Main streets South Manchester.
