Bridgeport July 18 The dispute over 36430 87 in the hands of the superior court clerk and the claim of the New Slayen Paint Shop Inc against Giuseppe Guglisi for work on the Stanwood apartment house moved forward as Judge Warnst Simpson issued two decisions. Attorneys Pondislow and Goffman received 2000 and 1250 for services in recovering the sum from the clerk. The remaining balance will go to the paint shop receiver after qualification in a related suit by Louis Denninger against Frank Stock et al. The court left open whether receivership and stock claims will be resolved in other litigation or by other steps, without prejudice to proceeding otherwise.
