Democrats caucus preserves incumbents on Naugatuck panel
More than 100 Naugatuck Democrats met to shape the Town Committee. After a four hour caucus the majority of incumbents kept their seats on the 45 member panel. Erickson supporters won a few seats including her husband Peter Kulas and Richard Recor. Several Erickson backers were denied. Erickson said she sought only reelection herself and noted others came to keep government honest. A primary could be forced if signatures are filed by January 28 with a potential March 3 vote.
