Stanley R Bakanas Startley K Bakaras 82 of 36 Fern St died Saturday morning at Hill Veterans Hospital after illness. He was born Jan 21 18xx to George and Barbara Bitanas. A retired employee of Bristol Company for 40 years, he was a WWI Army veteran and member of VFW Post No. 1536 the Walebury Club and a communicant of St Francis Church. He leaves his wife Anna Kivinskass Hakanas a daughter Mrs William Ghrif Wallingted a son Robert S Bakenas of Heagon Falls and several grandchildren. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:40 am from Smaller Funeral Home 92 Fairview Ave to St Francis Church for Mass at 9. Burial in Lithuanian Cemetery Waterbury. Friends may call today 7 to 9 pm. Friends may contribute to the American Legion Auxiliary Rocky Hill Veterans Hospital Rocky Hill.

Mrs Anna P Jasinski 69 of 35 Winthrop Ave dies at home of natural causes cited by the medical examiner Dr Joseph Daly. Born in Poland February 1, she lived in Waterbury most of her life and was a contributor to St Stanislaus Kostka church. She leaves her husband, a sister in Seymour, two nieces and a nephew. Waterbury man found dead at home in early Saturday hours

Paul Rozum of 675 Highland Ave Waterbury was found dead at his home early Saturday morning. Medical examiner Dr Joseph Vincitorio ruled natural causes. He leaves a son Fay Rozum and a daughter Christin Dunas both of Waterbury, five mothers Peter Theodore and Dimitris Raum Waterbury, George Raum Seymour and Andre Raum Beacon Falls, three sisters Mary Sabot John Jana Huon Waterbury and Mrs Richard Daley Walcoll, plus several nieces and nephews. Plaque Honors II Physicians At Hospital

At Waterbury Hospital the Wie Medical Staff unveiled a bronze plaque listing 11 Chief of Staff holders since 1948. The 11 named physicians and their years of service include Kirschbaum, Johnson, Root, Biezozeru, Herrman, Merriman, Hoot Jr, Sklaver, Davie, Cappelletti, and Standach with Labriola as current chief. Gerald Labriola was re elected, with San Ametra as treasurer and two staff executives elected. Arthur H. Jackson was honored posthumously.

Funeral services were held today at Buck Miller Brothers Funeral Home Waterbury Prospect Road for Seah M. Slapikas 1B of BA Cook Head killed in a one car crash on Route 69.
