Jaugatuck enters the Christmas season in full traditional festivity with tree lights wreaths and carol celebrations. People prepare for weekly observances as local businesses extend holiday hours and families decorate homes and public spaces. The postponed Christmas party of the Naugatuck Y M C A will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the gym. The Nau Ratuck Fish and Game Club postpones its annual Foxhunt II scheduled for Saturday December 28 due to many members being required to work on that date. President Joseph Sitar says the event will be rescheduled for a January date to be announced officially.
