Meriden December 20 George Gt Runge who shot and killed his wife in Tracey about a month ago was found dead yesterday near the scene of the murder. A quantity of cyanide of potassium was found in his pockets and it is believed he took his own life. Runge, who had not been living with his wife, went to a store she kept and after a quarrel chased her through the street and shot her as she ran into her house.
Governor selects ten delegates from Hartford to attend the national tariff commission association convention in Washington in January. Appointees include Col Charles M. Jarvis of Homin ex governor Rollins Woodruff of New Haven Charles K Brook of Ansonia Charles Linsley of Merriten Charles O Cross of Waterbury Charles C Bissell Sulfid Charles Cheney of South Manchester George A Hammond of Putnam Col James T Mason of Rockwell and Col William Lyon of Marsden.
